Why don't you write reviews with AI?
Google's review policies ban machine-written and scripted reviews — profiles that use them get reviews filtered, and repeat offenders get suspended. PlzReviewUs only transcribes what your customer actually says, word for word. Where AI is allowed — drafting your owner replies to existing reviews — we use it properly.
What is Google-safe pacing?
Review requests go out at most five per day, batches are spread across at least a week at randomized times, and every customer gets asked — never just the happy ones. Spikes and cherry-picking are what get profiles flagged; steady and fair is what survives.
Are the reviews posted directly to Google?
We copy the customer's own words to their clipboard and open your Google review page in a new tab. They paste and submit it themselves — a genuine review in their words, which keeps things within Google's guidelines.
What if a customer doesn't want to talk or type?
