These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlzReviewUs (the "Service"), operated by PlzReviewUs ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PlzReviewUs helps businesses collect customer feedback and generate review drafts that customers can choose to post to Google. You are responsible for the business you connect and for how you use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use and review integrity
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with Google's policies, including the Google Maps and Google Business Profile content policies. In particular, you must not:
- Solicit, generate, or post fake, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews.
- "Gate" reviews by filtering customers based on how they are likely to rate you.
- Offer payment, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
- Submit reviews on behalf of customers without their genuine input and consent.
- Use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
Reviews must reflect the genuine experience of real customers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with Google's policies. Violations may result in penalties to your Google listing, for which we are not responsible.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Service offers a limited free allowance (the first five reviews), after which continued use requires a paid subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $9.99 per month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. No guarantee of results
We provide tools to help you collect reviews, but we do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, ratings, search ranking, or business outcome. The Service depends on third-party platforms (including Google) that we do not control.
7. Intellectual property
We own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and the reviews your customers create). You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to operate the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Google and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
